OCEAN FRONT HOMEOWNERS PLEASE NOTE – All ocean front homeowners are requested to remove any fencing or barriers that they have installed to protect their properties from sand over the winter no later than Saturday, April 29th. Please do not disturb the fencing installed by Toms River on the western edge of the dunes.
